- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation is issued for Request for Quotations (RFQ) # F1R25A8206AQ01. This solicitation document & incorporated provisions & clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-13. The NIACS Code is 423740 with a size standard of 100 employees, but is not restricted to small businesses. The requirement for facility air in the Armament Flight is a compressor capable of supplying a minimum of 490 cfm @100 psig to 375 cfm @ 150 psig while cooling the output air to 70-90 F. The compressor must be enclosed and able to withstand weather as the installation site is outside. The compressor must be no more than 113" x 84" footprint and no more than 90" tall to fit the existing installation pad. Installation Requirements: The contractor shall provide installation to existing air supply/electrical system (230V/60Hz), start-up, and initial employee training on machine usage. Installation should be limited to no more than ten feet of plumbing and no more than twenty feet of electrical wire/conduit. Ingersoll Rand BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. This award will be made on the basis of lowest cost, technically acceptable.
