- This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website located at http://www.fbo.gov, the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition website located at http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/synopcom.htm. FBO is the primary point of entry to be used when access to synopses and solicitations from the World Wide Web is required. However, the NECO webpage as well as the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition webpage serve as alternatives if the FBO website is unavailable. The Government has a requirement for the following: CLIN 0001 quantity 6,000 each RF connector, NSN 5935009044050 N type 90 degree male to female adapter; CLIN 0002 quantity 3,000 each RF connector, NSN 5934010325404 BNC type 90 degree male to female adapter; CLIN 0003 quantity 3,000 each RF connector, NSN 5935010373476 - BNC barrel connector, female to female; CLIN 0004 quantity 6,000 each RF connector NSN 5985011450138 BNC male termination 50 ohm, 2 Watt DC-4 GHz; CLIN 0005 (Option) maximum 6,000 each RF connector, NSN 5935009044050 N type 90 degree male to female adapter; CLIN 0006 (Option) maximum 3,000 each RF connector, NSN 5934010325404 BNC type 90 degree male to female adapter; CLIN 0007 (Option) maximum 3,000 each RF connector, NSN 5935010373476 BNC barrel connector female to female; CLIN 0008 (Option) maximum 6,000 each RF connector, NSN 5985011450138 BNC male termination 50 ohm, 2 Watt DC 4 GHz. Delivery will be required FOB Destination NSWC Crane, IN no later than 2 September 2008 (CLINs 0001 0004) with inspection and acceptance at destination. If exercised, the option quantities will be required 30 days ADC. The requirement is being solicited on the basis of full and open competition. Award will be based on best value; the Government reserves the right to issue multiple awards. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR SUBPART 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items will be utilized. To be eligible for award, contractors must be properly registered in the Government's Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Offerors may obtain information on CCR registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the internet @ www.ccr.gov. If a change occurs in this requirement, only those offerors that respond to this announcement within the required time frame will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
