- NOTICE OF INTENT: The Colorado Army National Guard intends to award a sole source contract to KM Concessions Inc. for catering services at the National Western Stock Show Complex from August 21-29 2008. KM Concessions is the only known vendor that is allowed to serve meals at the Stock Show Complex. The event will require a total of 1,672 breakfast meals, 1,463 lunch meals, and 1,672 dinner meals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement response (including a price proposal) to this synopsis, and all such responses will be considered by the agency. If no written responses are received by 4pm MST on 11 August 2008, the Government intends to continue with the sole source award to KM Concessions for the meals listed above. Written responses should be submitted via e-mail to Jesse Searles at jesse.searles1@us.army.mil. All interested parties should provide company Duns Number, Tax Identification Number and Cage Code. All interested sources must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before they can be considered as potential sources for the efforts listed above.
