- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Beartrap program, has a requirement for the following products: Fluke 287 multimeter + Deluxe combo kit, p/n: 758TE287, qty 32 ea; Tektronix MSO-4104 mixed signal escape, p/n: 767TE4405, qty 2 ea; Tektronix Embedded serial triggering module. p/n: 767TE6611, qty 2 ea and Tektronix service manual, p/n: 767TE4400, qty 2 ea. These items are spare test instrumentation components for systems already installed on fleet aircraft. Techni-tool is the only known authorized distributor for the supporting materials. In order to remain in compliance with system uniformity (form, fit and function) these units need to be procured. The Government intends to negotiate with Techni-tool on an other than full and open competitive basis to procure these items. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the agency.
