- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Beartrap program, has a requirement for the following products: FSL analyzer, p/n: FSL3, qty 3 ea; OCXO, p/n: FSL-B4, qty 3 ea; additional interfaces video out, IF out, p/n: FSL-B5, qty 3 ea; Resolution bandwidths 10 Hz to 100 Hz, 1 Hz FFT, p/n: FSL- B7, qty 3 ea; Gated sweep, p/n: FSL-B8, qty 3 ea; IEC-Bus interface, p/n: FSL-B10, qty 3 ea; RF Preamplifier, p/n: FSL-B22, qty 3 ea; AM/FM/PM measurement demodulator, p/n: FSL-K7, qty 3 ea and power measurement with R & S NRP Power sensors p/n: FSL-K9, qty 3 ea.. These items are spare test instrumentation components for systems already installed on fleet aircraft. Rohde & Schwarz is the only known authorized distributor for the supporting materials. In order to remain in compliance with system uniformity (form, fit and function) these units need to be procured. The Government intends to negotiate with Rohde & Schwarz on an other than full and open competitive basis to procure these items.
