- The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) on behalf of its customer activity, the U.S. Army Medical Materiel Agency (USAMMA), has recurring requirements for a Field Surgical Scrub Sink. This item will be issued by USAMMA to fulfill equipment needs at both fixed and tactical hospitals, clinics, and medical units worldwide. The solicitation for this BPA will be released on both an open market (FAR 13) and Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) (FAR Part 8) basis. In awarding this requirement, the Government will select, at its discretion, the procedures (FAR 13 or FAR 8) that best meet the Governments needs. These sinks are OPA Funded Repairable.
