- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to purchase four Iconix Studio 2K Camera systems consisting of: Iconix Studio2K Camera System; HD-RH1 Camera Head 201001, Head RH1; Studio2K, 2K CCU; HD-RH1 Camera Power Supply 380005, PS-CLA; HD-RH1 Tripod Mounting Bracket 400015, ACC-RH1; Cables: HD-RH1 15 meter head cable; SFP Fiber Module, HD, Transceiver; Fujinon TF2.8DA-8 2.8mm C-Mount Lens; Fujinon TF4DA-8 4mm C-Mount Lens, and one RCP-160 Multi Control Panel from Iconix authorized dealers. This requirement is being sole sourced to this manufacturer as this camera system is the only one that can meet all the requirements needed video capabilities and size. All authorized dealers of Iconix Video are encouraged to submit a proposal. Award shall be made on an All or None basis. This requirement shall be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334310 with a size standard of 750 employees. The award shall be firm fixed priced. The delivery shall be 15 August 2008. This requirement is DO rated. Award of this requirement shall be based on delivery schedule, price, and past performance. FOB Destination Dahlgren, Virginia shall apply. This announcement is the only quotation being issued. The quotation number is N00178-08-Q-1282. All interested parties shall contact the Contract Specialist at (540) 653-7091 or DLGR_NSWC_XDS11@navy.mil. Quotations are due 12 August 2008 no later than 2:00 p.m. (EDST) to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 17632 Dahlgren Road, Suite 157, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5110 at Building 183, First Floor, Room 102A.
