- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 17, intends to negotiate and award an anticipated sole source procurement to Dallas Area Rapid Transit, 1401 Pacific Avenue, Dallas, TX 75202-2732, for the following items: Undated Day Pass Books, which will be used by veterans, to ride the DART system. This procurement will be processed under simplified acquisition procedures and Other than full and open competition, as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. NAICS Code is 485112, and the SBA standard is $ 6.5 M. No solicitation will be issued. No telephone requests will be accepted and no written documents will be available. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
