- This request for proposal (RFP) is being issued as a sole source procurement for Nuvo Construction, Milwaukee WI, in accordance with the Partnership Agreement between the Small Business Administration and the Department of Defense as cited in Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 219.800. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The work includes but is not limited to removal and disposal of existing chain-link fencing, ornamental fencing, chain-link gates, and barbed wire aprons; installation of new chain-link fencing with barbed wire aprons and new chain-link gates with and without keypad locks, site restoration and seeding.
