- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this acquisition is NOI-821 AND THE SOLICITATION IS BEING ISSUED AS A NOTICE OF INTENT. This NOI is not a small business set aside. This solicitation document and its incorporated provisions are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition circular (FAC 2005-18). This acquisition will be processed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334516 and the small-business size is 500. The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute on Aging (NIA) acquire Sentrix Mouse-Ref 8 v2 Expression Beadchip qty 7; Sentrix Human-Ref 8 v3 Expression Beadchip qty 5; & Sentrix Rat-Ref-12 Expression Beadchip qty 3. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this requirement.
