- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY (SOURCES SOUGHT) AND NOT A SOLICITATION. It is issued for the purpose of determining if there are at least two or more responsible business concerns capable of meeting the following requirements: Contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, materials, equipment, supervision, and all other items and services necessary to maintain the two pipe organs in the Cadet Chapel, Building 2306. The Contractor shall inspect the two pipe organs and perform monthly preventative maintenance to include, but not limited to testing, regulating, tuning, lubricating and cleaning the organs. Organ History The two pipe organs were installed in 1963. They were custom manufactured by M.P. Moller Company, Hagerstown, Maryland. The Protestant Chapel pipe organ has 83 ranks and 67 stops controlling 4,334 pipes with the largest being 32 feet long. This organ was fully restored during the years 2002 through 2004. The Catholic Chapel pipe organ has 36 ranks and 29 stops controlling 1,950 pipes. This organ has not been restored. Responses to this Sources Sought must include general information about your company to include Name, Address, Contact Person, Phone Number, and Email Address.
