- Philadelphia VA Medical Center Department of Veterans Affairs is in the process of conducting a market survey to identify sites with 9,000 to 10,000 rentable square feet in Philadelphia County, Philadelphia for use as an Administrative Annex by the Medical Center. The space can be provided by new construction or modification of existing space. On-site parking for minimum of 50 to a maximum of 100 vehicles is required. A lease for up to ten (10) years will be considered. To be considered space must be located within a (5) mile radius of the Medical Center at 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104. Location within walking distance of the Medical Center or on the route of the SEPTA Lucy Loop bus is desired but not required. Interested offerors (owners, brokers, or their legal representatives) should contact Elizabeth Youse, Contract Specialist by email no later than 2:00p.m. (EDST) August 15, 2008 at the following address: Elizabeth.Youse@va.gov with a brief description of the proposed site, including street address, available square footage and number of available parking spaces. Please note: This advertisement is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for proposals and is part of a market survey to identify potential sites for a future lease. A solicitation for offers may be issued by the Philadelphia VA Medical Center Department of Veterans Affairs at a later date if suitable sites are identified.
