- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Kansas City District, Water Quality Program (CENWK-PM-PR-W) requires a laboratory to process ambient water quality samples, elutriate analysis, and sediment samples collected from proposed shallow water habitat construction sites along the Missouri River. There are two components to this project A = river water, sediment & elutriate analyses for site characterization at multiple project sites; B = river water monitoring at multiple site.
