This procurement is to upgrade a current VISN wide CareVue Chart Implementation program with version D.0.0. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will consider all responses to this notice by 2:00 PM 11 August 2008. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses must be in writing to the Contract POC.
