- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is contemplating award of a sole source purchase order to Copley Controls Corporation, 20 Dan Road, Canton, MA 02021 under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. The procurement will be firm-fixed price, commercial buy for the procurement of ten (10) - 230M Special Build Copley Servo Amplifiers. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Reference solicitation number N00253-08-T-0213. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Responses to this notice must be received by 10:00 a.m. pacific standard time on 13 August 2008. Responses shall be submitted via email to karen.l.smith@navy.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
