- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award Sole Source to NetApp Federal Systems Inc., 9100 E Panorama Dr. Suite 175, Englewood, CO 80112. This sole source is in accordance with authority citations 10 USC 2304(c)(1), 41 USC 253(c)(1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1a(2)(iii). NetApp Federal Systems Inc., is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government and is not expected to be recovered through competition. In addition, award to another source would result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling this requirement. This requirement is for the contractor to provide a one year maintenance and service agreement for the 460th Space Wing, NIPRNET NetApp Network Attached Storage (NAS) system. This service will be provided to 460th Space Communications Squadron (SCS), Network Control Center (NCC), Buckley Air Force Base (BAFB), Aurora, CO. The Period of Performance will run from 01 October 2008 to 30 September 2009. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. Point of contact is Contracting Specialist Theresa R. A.
