- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 334290, Size Standard 750 Employees. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2K3AQ8175AA02 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26 effective 12 June 2008. The Government intends to award seven contract line item numbers (CLIN 0001) - Hard Drive (IAW attached Statement of Work) QUANTITY: 2 EACH (CLIN 0002) - Remote Diagnostic (IAW attached Statement of Work) QUANTITY: 2 EACH (CLIN 0003) - Courier (IAW attached Statement of Work) QUANTITY: 2 EACH (CLIN 0004) - GUI Kit (IAW attached Statement of Work) QUANTITY: 2 EACH (CLIN 0005) - DVD RAM Disk (IAW attached Statement of Work) QUANTITY: 20 EACH (CLIN 0006) - Installation (IAW attached Statement of Work) QUANTITY: 2 EACH (CLIN 0007) - 5 Yr Warranty (IAW attached Statement of Work) QUANTITY: 1 EACH DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: 30 Days ADC FOB: DESTINATION Inspection and acceptance: DESTINATION.
