- REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is interested in leasing approximately 1,974 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (BOAF) for use by the federal tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. This space must be located on the second floor or higher. However, proposed office space cannot be located on the top floor of a building with rooftop access to the space. The Government also requires five (5) structured parking spaces to be designated for use by the US Government. Also, proposed office space cannot have public parking underneath or within the building. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. LEASE TERM: Ten years; five years firm EXPRESSION OF INTEREST shall be submitted no later than August 21, 2008 and include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Available Rentable and ANSI/BOMA square feet 3. Rental Rate per Rentable and ANSI/BOMA square foot 4. Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable 5.
