Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) intends to negotiate a contract for employee assistance service for the Hines (Great Lakes) CMOP located at 5th Avenue & Roosevelt Road, Bldg 37 NW, Hines, IL 60141. This solicitation is issued as "unrestricted" due to insufficient responses from small business concerns. The solicitation has a NAICS code of 624190 and a size standard of $6.5 Million. Contract will be for a base year and up to four option years. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any and all amendments. Telephone requests will not be honored. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
