Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F3HSR18207A001, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-21. This procurement is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 238350 and the small business size standard is $13.0 Million. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; Doors and hardware is an "Or Equal" requirement. The proposed Or Equal requirements must have salient characteristics. Statement of Work Replace doors, Community Activities Center, Offutt Air Force Base 1. LOCATION: Building 113, Community Activities Center 2. WORK INCLUDED: Perform all work required for a full and complete job. Furnish and install the following Doors and hardware. A. Two (2) 3068 custom design wood panel doors, Koch & Co Model IM-120. Doors to have one approx 7"x14" window with blind in glass or cover. BB1279 US3 non removable pin hinges. 8x34 US3 kick plates. 2303 x 4903A three foot US 3 panic hardware. Mortise Quickset cylinder lockset US3. Two each US 3 wall stops. One each astragal. Two each CLP 7500T hold open closers gold in finish. One set flush or surface bolts. B. Two (2) 3068 custom design wood panel doors, Koch & Co Model IM-120. With welded frame. Doors to have one approx 7"x14" window with blind in glass or cover. CLP 7500T 689 hold open closer. US 3 sound stop 59C. One US 3 three foot auto door bottom 320G. One 34" x 36" US 3 kick plate. One US 3 111 x 70B pull. One US 3 70B push plate. E. Repair Exterior steel Door. Replace hinges with US 3 non removable pin hinges. Install four foot 330G automatic door bottom. Install 10" x 46" US 3 kick plate. Install one 7500T hold open. Gold. Install door seal US 3 59G 4070. F. Repair Double Exterior Doors Replace hinges with BB1168 non removable pin hinges US 3 finish Install two 7500T gold closers. Install door seals 59G 6070. Install 5803A flat threshold. Install two 320G three foot automatic door bottoms. Install two M377G gold exterior seals. 3. WORKMANSHIP: All work shall be performed in accordance with the State, Local and Federal Government Laws, Regulations and Building Codes. Contractor responsible for all field measurements for proper material installation. All work shall be done in accordance with existing commercial standards. 4. DISPOSAL: Disposal all debris off Government property. 5. MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT: All materials and or equipment shall be new and meet or exceed the current DOD and industry standards. All materials shall be applied and or installed per manufactures specification. 6. WARRANTY: All parts and equipment will carry a manufacturer's warranty against defects. All labor will be warranted for one year against workmanship and repairs. 7. SCHEDULE: The contractor will provide the Contracting Officer (CO) or Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) with a written work schedule for approval before any work is performed. 8. HOURS OF PERFORMANCE: Normal Working Hours. Monday thru Friday, 0730-1615. 9. INSPECTIONS: The government will perform, as a minimum, the following progress Inspections for completion and acceptance. A. Start up B. Preparation/ Removal C. Final FOB: Destination for delivery to Offutt AFB, NE 68113. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition:. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable.
