- The contractor shall furnish and install prefabricated in-plant offices in Warehouse 4 Bay B at the Defense Supply Center Richmond, 8000 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Richmond, VA 23297-5440. All work is to be completed in accordance with DSCR Facilities Engineering Division Specification No. FEO-0009/08, Work Order 153883 dated June 7, 2008, and all other requirements of the solicitation No.SP4703-08-X-0026 as published in the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) located at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/.
