- IQC08218009029, NSN 6150-00-621-0531, Wiring Harness, Branched. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The solicitation will include a term of a base period plus four option periods. The Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) is 192 EA. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (GMQ) is 48 each for the base year only. The Maximum Annual Quantity (MAQ) is 384 each. Terms are FOB Destination, inspection and acceptance at Destination. Ship-to addresses will be cited on individual orders and will include CONUS stock locations. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. Required delivery (PLT) is 42 days ARO. This item is being procured as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Only offers from SDVOSB firms will be considered. There are surge requirements for this NSN to include a Monthly Wartime Reserve (MWR) quantity of 21 EA per month for the first 6 months of each period. The solicitation will be available on or about August 22, 2008, and will close on or about September 22, 2008. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, vendors must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR). Annual updates to the registration will be required.
