- The United States Army Joint Munitions & Lethality Life Cycle ManagementCommand (JM&L LCMC), Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey 07806-5000, on behalf ofthe Project Manager for Joint Services intends to issue a solicitation for thestorage of office furniture. JM&L LCMC-Picatinny intends to satisfy this requirement on an Other Than Fulland Open Competitive basis utilizing the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C)(1) asimplemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. As a result, theGovernment intends to award a Sole Source Purchase Order to Office Scapes of Fairfield NJ. The solicitation will be available for download approximately August 22, 2008 at http://procnet.pica.army.mil by clicking on Business Opportunities.
