- IQC08218009029, NSN 6150-00-621-0531, Cable Assembly, Power, Electrical. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The solicitation will include a term of a base period plus four option periods. The Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) is 60 EA. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (GMQ) is 15 each for the base year only. The Maximum Annual Quantity (MAQ) is 120 each. Terms are FOB Destination, inspection and acceptance at Destination. Ship-to addresses will be cited on individual orders and will include CONUS stock locations. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. This item is being procured under 'other than full and open competition procedures' under 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. The approved sources are I T T Corporation (CAGE 16326), U.S. Airmotive Worldwide Group (CAGE 1B091), Viking Electronics (CAGE 81861), and Cooper Crouse-Hinds, LLC (CAGE 90129). This item is not commercial. There are no surge requirements for this NSN; required delivery (PLT) is 82 days ARO. The solicitation will be available on or about August 22, 2008, and will close on or about September 22, 2008. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, vendors must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR). Annual updates to the registration will be required.
