Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Item Description: CLIN 0001 -Items By Each-- The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, transportation, and supplies, except as specified herein as government-furnished, to provide laundry service. The contractor shall pick up and deliver laundry at the 75th Medical Group Clinic, 7321 11th Street, Bldg 570, Hill AFB, Utah, for the items listed in Appendix C, "Identification, Standard Packaging and Method of Finish." Performance shall be in accordance with the scope of the attached Performance-Based Work Statement and other specifications or provisions of the contract. Pick up and delivery points are listed in Appendix D, "Pick up and Delivery Schedule. 128,160 Each CLIN 0002 -Scrubs and Doctor's Jackets --The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, transportation, and supplies, except as specified herein as government-furnished, to provide laundry service. The responsible offerors must be registered in the Certifications and Representations database (available at: http://orca.bpn.gov/) system per FAR 52.212-3. Offerors must also be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (available at: www.ccr.gov) per FAR. Lack of registration in CCR will qualify contractor as ineligible for award. All prospective offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of modifications (if any) or other information pertaining to this synopsis. All responsible sources may submit a request for information in response to this synopsis.
