- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Contracting and General Services Office in Denver, Colorado has a requirement for Kulm Wetlands Management District, Kulm, ND, to Rehab WPA Fences in Logan and Dickey counties.Basis for award will be lowest price technically acceptable. This project includes providing all labor, equipment, and materials to remove approximately 4.71 miles of existing fence and construct approximately 5.88 miles of barb wire boundary fence in 6 WPAs located in Kulm WMD near Kulm, ND.Solicitation no. 601818R738 to include all attachments should be made available on or about 22 Aug 08 and will only be available electronically through a link to the National Business Center Interior Electronic Acquisition System-Electronic Commerce at www.fedbizopps.gov or www.nbc.gov.
