- Need Unibridge Scale Systems Cardinal Scale analyzed for problems and repaired. The Cardinal Scale is not giving weights that are steady weights; the numbers keep changing and not giving reliable information. Currently, the scale does not meet the Federal Aviation Agency, Department of Defense, and Department of Transportation requirement for exact weights. 1.2 The Cardinal Scale is a 70' X 11'6" electronical scale that provides the weight of heavy equipment and materials being shipped by land, sea, and air. It has a parallel link suspension that allows simple service of load cells. Features include: UniBridge Parallel Link Suspension, UniLatch, DL 9000 Load Cells, Bump bolts, J-box, and Conduit System. 1.3 Manufacturer: Unibridge Scale System - 1-800-225-9655, Route 1, Box 8 Knowles, OK 73844.
