- This is a combined solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure: (3) FSM-60S Fusion Splicer Kits; (3) Fiber Holders FH-60-900; (1) ASW-02 Splicing Workstations FSM-60S; (20) Splice, 40MM Fusion Splice Sleeves - bags of 100 pcs.; and (500) Rubber Splice Holders. The FAR provisions at 52.212-1 pertain. Additionally, the FAR clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 pertain as well as DFAR clause 252.211-7003. This is an ALL or NONE request for offers of the specific model/part numbers listed above. Offers will be accepted via e-mail prior to close of business 17 Aug 2008. Please reference the solicitation number on your offer. Evaluation factor: lowest price. No telephone calls
