- The work will involve resurfacing of existing paved areas, paving repairs and patching previously paved areas at specified location(s) per this scope of work. The contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, and labor to complete the work. The asphalt mixture, construction, and placement are to meet the requirements of Kentucky Department of Highways Standard Specification, Division 400, current edition, unless otherwise specified in this scope of work.
