- The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials and labor to perform minor renovations, painting, and replacing ceiling tiles in Building 33, B & C Bays, located at Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR). All work shall be performed in accordance with DSCR Facilities Engineer Specification for Work Order # 129952 dated June 5, 2008 and all other requirements specified in this solicitation. All contractors wishing to be considered for award must perform a site visit prior to submitting an offer. Site visits must be coordinated in advance by contacting Danny Moore, telephone: 804-279-6753 or Ron Smith, telephone: 804-279-4694. Any questions regarding construction elements can be addressed at this time. All work shall be completed within 60 days from receipt of the Government Notice to Proceed. This acquisition is 100% small business set-aside utilizing NAICS code 236220, which requires average annual gross receipts for the preceeding three years of the concern to be less than $31 Million.
