- Description
- The government intends to acquire Integrated Avionics System Support on the MH-47/MH-60 Special Operation Aircraft, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR.302-1. The intended source of supply is Lockheed Martin Federal Systems, 1801 State Route 17C, and Owego, NY 13827-3998. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to this procurement are not available and cannot be furnished. The solicitation number is H92241-08-R-0007. NAICS code is 336413; the business size is 1000. The anticipated contract shall be five (5) year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ). The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Firms that recognize and can provide the effort are encouraged to identify themselves. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, the government will consider all proposals received by the specified due date (IAW FAR 5.203(a)). A determination by the government not to compete this acquisition is solely within the discretion of the government. Requests must be received by 12 August 2008.
