- The State Department seeks all commercial sources to provide English to Russian translation services in support of the Office of Europe, Eurasia Information Programs (IIP/G/EUR). IIP is the public diplomacy bureau that creates products and administers programs that present US society, values, and culture. The State Department needs translation services to quickly and expertly translate time-sensitive US government texts, feature articles and scholarly publications. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The resultant contract will have a base year and four one-year option periods. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set aside.
