- Amendment #2 is here by issued to solictaition DJA08S000039 to state that the government will provided 20 days notice to the contractor before any job needs to be completed and add two separate CLIN. One for tin flashing (7 gauge) to be applied on an as need basis for the 8 each Burn Cells and the other CLIN to paint the exterior of the 8 each burn cells on an as need basis.
