- The Office of the Commander, Naval Installations Command (CNIC) has a requirement for the procurement of Financial Management Professional Support Services and Program Management Professional Support Services. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 641611 and size standard of $5,000,000.00. This requirement is a small business set-aside. The Government contemplates a single award, Firm-Fixed Price contract. Period of Performance shall not exceed 12 months. Work shall be performed largely, but not necessarily exclusively, at the contractors facility and other government/contractor facilities, as required. Contract invoicing and payment shall be facilitated by Wide Area Work Flow. For information on WAWF go to https://wawf.eb.mil. NOTE: USE OF WAWF IS MANDATORY. Evaluation methodology: Price quotes, key personnel resumes, and past performance information are requested. The contract will be awarded to the quoter meeting the requirements of this solicitation, and determined to be the best value to the Government. The Government is not responsible for locating or securing any information, which is not identified in the offer. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions. The Government reserves the right to award on all or none basis. Solicitation will be released approximately ten (10) days after this posting is issued. Award is anticipated on or before September 20, 2008. Vendors, who are not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award, will not be considered. Vendors may register with CCR by calling 1-800-334-3414 or online at www.bpn.gov/CCR.
