- This is an amendment to the pre-solicitation notice and it does not constitute a solicitation. REFERENCE: Site visit to the Interceptor Body Armor (IBA) Warehouse at Camp Ali Al Salem, Kuwait from 15-17 September 2008. Any interested parties should contact the Government point of contact listed below NO LATER THAN 31 August 2008 to provide the names of the two representatives that will be attending the site visit, to allow enough time for coordination of access to the base.
