- The 403rd Wing, Keesler Air Force Base Missisippi, has a requirement for one each 48 Ft enclosed cargo trailer, 18,000lbs GVWR. The unit intends to trade in an on-hand 24 foot flatbed utility trailer as pasrt of this acquisition. Complete specifications for each trailer will be included in the solicitation, which should be issued on or about 22 Aug 08. The purchase will be conducted using simplified acqusition procedures. This is a unrestricted acquisition. The applicable NAICS code is 336214. Vendors must be registered at www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award.
