- This is an annual synopsis of Repair Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00383-06-G-00LA with Dynamic Instruments, San Diego Ca.,and serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis notice for all repair orders issued by the NAVICP for the period of 22 Jun 2008 through 22 Jun 2009 for the evaluation and repair of various repair components of the Navy Weapons System manufactured and repaired by Dynamic Instruments. Several major items to be repaired include: NSN: 7RH 4920- 01-546-0108, TABS AIRCRAFT MATER, P/N 1576AS110-3 ; 7RE 6650-01-381-3542, SENSING UNIT OPTICAL, P/N 1576AS220-1; 7RH 5895 014752078, RECORDER, SIGNAL DATA P/N 0282-0082-01; 7RH 5895 014265133, RECORDER, SIGNAL DATA, P/N 0282-0043; However, individual orders may be issued for any sole source item of repair under this Navy Weapons System. A complete list of potential reparable items for which orders may be placed can be obtained upon request from the below cited point of contact. Individual orders exceeding $25,000 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.3. Orders issued under the Basic Ordering Agreement and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVICP solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternate Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
