- The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) Land Detachment SMSG will be soliciting requests for proposals from business entities interested in supporting worldwide demand of the followings NSNs 5340-01-458-0990 and NSN 5355-01-454-4026 Single Source Sole Miscellaneous Hardware items (Mounting Bracket and Knobs items). This initiative will fall under FAR Part 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The solicitation will require pricing for 2 NSN’s only. The delivery requirement will be 90 days. The quantity requested will be stated as the annual estimated quantity (AEQ) for each NSNs. The AEQ for 5340-01-458-0990 is 20,000 and for 5340-01-454-4026 is 10,000. The contract is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one (1) base years with two (2) one-year options. In determining contract awards, the Contracting Officer will make a comparative assessment of the offerors performance risk by using the Automated Best Value System and other indicators of an offeror’s past performance. Solicitation SPM5L5-08-R-0074 is expected to be issued approximately August 27, 2008. No hard copies of the solicitation will be available. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Numbered Notes 1 and 9 apply.
