- DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS (VA) SEEKS OFFERORS TO CONSTRUCT TWO OUTPATIENT CLINICS FOR LEASE TO THE GOVERNMENT SOLICITATION FOR OFFERS Nos: Southwest V101-08-RP-0030 Southeast V101-08-RP-0031 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking offerors to construct two separate outpatient clinic facilities in the Las Vegas Valley Metropolitan Area, for lease to the Government, for a period of up to 20 years, on sites that have been pre-selected by the Government. Each outpatient clinic will be identical in size and use and will be approximately 25,000 NUSF. VA has obtained assignable/transferable purchase options on the sites outlined below: Southwest Site Approximately 8.57 acres located in Las Vegas, Clark County, NV. Southeast Site Approximately 6.29 acres located in Henderson, NV. The Option to Purchase will be assigned to the successful offeror at the time of award. The successful offeror will be required to purchase the land at the agreed upon price and construct a clinic facility on this site based on the specifications, special requirements, floor plan and site layout contained in this Solicitation for Offers. All interested parties should respond to this announcement no later than September 10, 2008, 4:00 PM EST. In order to receive SFO documents, any correspondences, and amendments prior to Initial Offers, please submit your response to Public Properties LLC. Responses shall include: name of firm, name of contact person, address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail address, solicitation number, and city and state of project. Please note that you may express interest to develop one or both sites. Solicitation documents will be forwarded to the respondents of this announcement.
