- Rental of Two Swinging Stage Platforms for Building 250, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. The work includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, supervision, management, tools, material, parts, equipment, transportation, and other items necessary to provide two swinging stage platforms for B-250, Pearl Harbor, Oahu, Hawaii by means of a firm fixed-price contract. The work includes equipment delivery, assembly, equipment rental, equipment adjustments, relocations during rental period, and dismantling and removal off Government property. The Government will use the swinging stage platforms for exterior painting of the North, West, and South wall of three-story Building 250. The Contractor shall provide one swinging stage platform (20 long), with 110 volt motor, end stirrups, bumpers, 100 cables, shackles, outriggers, weights for 2 overhang, rolling outrigger frames, 250 cord booster, yoke, 100 tie back, fist grips and parapet clamps. After initial setup, the swinging stage platform shall be relocated by the Contractor 27 times during the rental period. The 20 long swinging stage platform shall be rented for a period of three months. The Contractor shall also provide one swinging stage platform (6 6 long), 110 volt motor, end stirrups, bumpers, 100 cables, shackles, outriggers, weights for 2 overhang, rolling outrigger frames, 250 cord booster, yoke, 100 tie back, fist grips and parapet clamps. After initial setup, the swinging stage platform shall be relocated by the Contractor three times during the rental period. The 6 6 long swinging stage platform shall be rented for a period of one month. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 532490 and the annual size standard is $7,000,000. The contract term will be a period of three months. This is a new procurement. It does not replace an existing contract. No information exists on prior contracts.
