- North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 331316. This procurement action is for the purchase of Aluminum Alloy Rod in support of 81MM base plates as follows: 400 each, 2 3/4 inches diameter by 12 foot long, 7075-T76 or T6 per ASTM B221 OR 7075-T6 or T651 per ASTM B211. FOB Destination, Crane Army Ammunition Plant, Crane, IN. Delivery of aluminum shall be approximately 14 weeks maximum after date of contract award. This will be a firm fixed price contract. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD MUST be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). You may register via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or contact CCR at 1-888-227-2423. All contractors MUST be registered in and utilize the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. This is the Governments electronic process for receipt documents, acceptance documents, and contractor payment at https://wawf.eb.mil/. APPROXIMATE issue date is 28 August 2008 with the opening date 15 days from issue. **CLOSING DATE/DATE FOR RECEIPT OF OFFERS IS FOUND ON PAGE 1 OF THE SOLICITATION AND WITHIN ANY ISSUED AMENDMENTS AND IS NOT THE RESPONSE DEADLINE SHOWN BY THIS WEBSITE.** The solicitation shall be issued via the Internet at http://www.osc.army.mil/ac/aais/ioc and https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi and http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
