- The VA Heartland Network 15 Contracting Center intends to award a contract on a Sole Source basis for the provision of Cable Television Stations for patient rooms, waiting rooms and other areas. The intended awardee is COX Cable, Union Station, 701 S. Douglas, PO Box 3027, Wichita, KS 67201. Alternate consideration would only be given to a company that could provide all of the necessary backbone equipment necessary to provide cable service at no additional cost to VA Wichita.
