- The 434th Operational Contracting office, Grissom ARB, IN intends to award a sole source procurement to Systems Atlanta, Inc. to furnish the following proprietary software upgrade and services: 9 ea. IDS5 Software Upgrade V1.3 to V21.4 2 ea. Hardware SR. RS-232/485 2-Port PCI Card with DB-9 Cable 1 ea. Services, System & Network Design, Telephonic Site Survey, Tims, etc. I5-CFG-0070 1 ea. I5-CFG-WUG, What's up Gold Configuration Fee 1 ea. Training 1 ea. Onsite Integration (Includes travel time, Eng-0709, SAI Onsite Engineering Services 1 ea.SFW-SUP 10, Extended s/w Support, per year 1 ea. Shipping & Handling The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 541511 with a business size standard of $23M. The proposed contract is for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, for Other than Full and Open Competition, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquistion Procedures. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 3 business days (25 August 2008 4:30 EST) after date of publication of this notice. A determination by the Government is not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.Central Contractor Registration (CCR): Rule requires a firm to be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) and ORCA (www.bpn.gov) prior to award of any contract and agreements.
