- This presolicitation synopsis is hereby revised to correct the title of the synopsis and attach the "Brand Name Justification" for this requirement. The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Martinsburg, WV requires the supply and installation of an interconnecting NEC telephone switch for the field office to be located on Foxcroft Avenue in Martinsburg, WV. The Government intends to compete this requirement among Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns in accordance with 38 U.S.C. 8127. This requirement will be competed under FAR 12. NAICS: 517911, 1500 employees. It is anticipated that the commercial RFQ for this requirement will be released on FedBizOpps on August 25, 2008 with an anticipated proposal due date of Sept 15, 2008. A site survey will be conducted with all interested offerors on a date that is TBD. Date will be provided when the RFQ is released. Quotations from all responsible SDVOSB concerns will be considered.
