- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, TYNDF071280054, is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(b). The NAICS code is 811192 and the small business size standard is $6.5 Million. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The following is required in this solicitation: Car wash renovation, removal of old equipment and installation of new equipment in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The clause at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Material required per attached statement of work: 3 ea Water pumping modules; 3 ea Soap and wax injecting systems; 3 ea Pressure guns (wands); 3 ea Foam brushes; 3 ea coin/bill operated digital readout timer/warning buzzer control meters; 4 ea Vacuum Cleaners, Adams Model # 9213 or equal, 1 ea High capacity bill changer, Hamilton Model # 3600R or equal; 3 ea wall mounted car dryer system, Air Shammee model #I 2900 or Equal.
