- Solicitation Number SPM4A608R1003, IQC08232009051,NSN 4235-01-415-1449, DRUM TOP PAD. Unit of issue is each (25 each box). Solicitation does not contain progress payments. Approved Source of Supply – New Pig Corporation Cage Code 1JA49 P/N MAT208. The Solicitation will be a Firm Fixed Price with a 100% quantity option. Offers will be evaluated on the basis of the Estimated Annual Demand. Shipment location is New Cumberland, PA. and Tracey, CA FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. This solicitation is Unrestricted. The required delivery is 68 days ARO. The estimated solicitation issue date is 15 September 2008 and the estimated closing date is 16 October 2008.
