- Solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or before September 4, 2008. Paper copies will not be issued and telephone or fax requests for this solicitation will not be accepted. Description: Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business SetAside. Project title: FIBER OPTIC CABLING PROJECT, Manzanita Lake Area, Lassen Volcanic National Park, 39489 Hwy 44, Shingletown CA 96088. Solicitation Number Q8400080031. The National Park Service requires a firm, fixed price quote on the services to install fiber optic cabling, install conduit, install CAT 6 cable and related telecom equipment and trenching and repaving for the project. Please see solicitation for specific description of services. Cost to include all technical expertise, labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to complete the work. Estimated cost of service range is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS code for this project is 238210. A site visit is scheduled for all interested parties for Tuesday, September 9, 2008, 10:00 a.m, Manzanita Lake Entrance Station, as announced in the solicitation, Section L, clause 52.237-01, Site Visit.
