- Description of Supplies/Services: The USGS,Coastal and Marine Geology Center, Menlo Park, CA has a requirement for modifcation and upgrade of Penscil developed software package pcSDSZ and Phi File Compilier which is used to process particle size data collected from setting tubes. Therefore, the USGS intends to award this requirement noncompetitively IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) to Penscil Inc of Los Osos, CA. Other interested concerns having the ability to furnish similar services shall submit a capabilities statement to the Contract Specialist no later than the closing date of this announcement. All submissions must demonstrate compatibility with the ability to update and modify existing Penscil software used to gather and collect data. This is NOT and RFQ; no written solicitation will be issued. This may represent the only written notice of this acquisition. Services wil be delivered to Menlo Park, CA
