Description

NOTICE: Plans and Specifications availability - changed from Monday, August 11, 2008 to Thursday, August 14, 2008, (local). The Pre-Bid Conference is changed from Thursday, August 21, 2008 to Tuesday, August 26, 2008 at 10:00 am (local). The Bid Opening Date is changed from Thursday, September 11, 2008 to Monday, September 15, 2008 at 2:00 pm (local).. The Bid Opening will be held at 2101 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 200, Arlington, Virginia, as mentioned herein. However, all BIDS that are mailed or sent via an Overnight Courier are to be sent to the following address: U.S. Department of Labor/OASAM, 2200 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 102; #314, Arlington, Virginia 22201-3324. Other than the changes made herein, all other terms and conditions of the Solicitation remain unchanged. NOTICE: The 1442 - Section 13A, as stated in Amendment 1, the date should be 9/15/08 and Section 13 D should read 60 days. The 90 days is deleted in its entirety. Section C - The name of the project should read "New Job Corps Center, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Section H - FAR Clause 52.236-21 - Specifications and Drawings for Construction (Feb 1997) replaces the old clause which is dated April 1984. Section I - is amended to include FAR Clause 52.233-1 Disputes (July 2002). Other than the changes made herein, all other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
