- The VAMC Mountain HOme, TN is requesting a service contract to include parts for Philips brand X-Ray type of equipment. The period of service will be for one base year with four one-year option periods. Questions must be written to the Contracting Officer by e-mail: Karen.Reeves@va.gov or fax at 615-225-4651. Telephone requests will not be honored. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be accepted by the Government. A solicitation will be uploaded within a couple days.
